Although we hope you won’t need to cancel, we understand that life happens! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Those outside of this time frame will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from the final balance at the appointment.
